Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24hours from placing an order. If your order has not been processed we would gladly cancel your order for you. After 24 hours, orders won't be canceled or refunded.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of our items we do not accept returns or refunds. If you are unhappy with your order please send us and email to craftsbythaowie.info@gmail.com

Can I change the address on my order?

Please double check your shipping address prior to placing an order. If an order gets returned to us due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Lost/stolen/undelivered/damaged packages:

All orders are packed inside a cellophane bag and a rigid envelop to ensure the packages to arrive to you undamaged. In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen or undeliverable as addressed, we CANNOT be held responsible. Please contact your local USPS with tracking number provided to locate and retrieve your order. Thank you!
